I have over 200 movies ripped to iso. I am looking at several backup solutions.

Can I burn an iso file to a DVD-DL and rip them again back to iso if I need to restore one of my drives...that is...without any data loss and movie degradation?

Also, as a backup should I,

1) Burn all my iso files back to DVD-DL and keep them in my safe?
2) or.. buy a couple 1.5 tera drives and just copy all iso files and store the drive in safe?
3) or..buy a bluray burner and copy the iso files as-is to 25gb or 50gb BD-R discs?
