Hey ppl when ever I watch any video in xbmc I always have this annoying red volume icon in the top right hand corner and just cannot seem to get rid of it any ideas guys?

Is it the mute button? If you are using a passthru digital it wont be doing anything but maybe you have it on? Hit the "+" or "-" and see if it goes away.
