I am wanting to upload a skin to the repository. But I can someone answer a few questions?

It says you should not upload xbr files and these will be created automatically. But my skin has several xpr files for different themes.

How do I deal with this?

Also does anyone know how to get xprexpress to work with Win 7 64bit?

1. Plenty of details either in this thread or follow the links in this post

2. I assume <theme>.xpr/xbt are fine, though the main textures should not be as they will automatically be compressed into a .xbt on the backend.
