I have a very large music collection(150GB) which resides on a network drive. I access it using a modded xbox1 running XBMC. I have the latest build but find that using library mode is painfully slow. Is this a hardware problem ie xbox not fast enough or i there something I can do to improve it. I have been given an apple TV which I will be putting XMC on, can I expect this to be any better?

In my xbox days I found that the larger my collection got, the longer it took to load library views. Haven't used the Apple TV, maybe somewhat better, not sure how much.
