I have PEGATRON IPX7A-ION based HTPC with xbmc live 9.11 installed.
On this board I have 5.1 analog sound card and also HDMI output and SPDIF.
When I have xbmc setup to : analog, default sound card and no downmix, than I have 5.1 output via analog working.
When I have xbmc setup to : analog ( or digital ), HDMI and downmix, than I have stereo output via hdmi working.
Now I need mix both together with asound.conf
What's my idea : set XBMC to user ( asund.conf ) analog output without downmix and asound.conf will do following :
Will send signal directly to analog sound card ( so on the analog soundcard I will have 5.1 output ) + downmix signal to stereo and will send this signal to HDMI.
Is this possible ? How can I do it ?
