Currently you can enable VDPAU scaling only in advancedsettings.xml
What I don't understand is why is it used even for 1080p movies (just a guess because I have lot of frames dropped when it's enabled, not if it's disabled)
Is scaling really needed for videos with 1920x... resolution for 1080p display?
Is this a bug or intended behaviour? In the latter case, could we let user enable vdpau scaling only up to selected resolution (480p/720p/1080p)?
for example:
<vdpauscaling>720</vdpauscaling> would use vdpau scaling only for videos <= 720p resolution
