I downloaded 3d movie - 2 mkv - for each eye one mkv. I know, that under windows is existing stereoscopic player, but is there any way how to play 3d movie under XBMC live or XBMC + ext.player ... How ?

It's possible to play them, but XBMC is not able to do anything special to the video, like making it into anaglyph 3d.
Some people have reported that playing a side by side video on a 3d tv will work, but the XBMC gui will be messed up.

Ok, but I have a 2 mkv file - for each eye one and normal LCD tv with truemotion. Under windows is existing stereoscopic player which can handle this two mkv, but I want use linux. I found one player BINO : http://www.nongnu.org/bino/
but I don't know if it's right way for 3D under linux

That depends which method you're using to watch the 3d.

At this moment I don't have any method. I downloaded first 3d movie and I'm looking how to play it. But I don't want buy any special hardware if it isn't necessary.
