Hello All,
I am new to XBMC but an avid linux engineer. I managed to get XBMC compiled and running somewhat well except for one minor issue. When I go into the network settings and enable the uPnP option I can see it from my windows media player on my windows 7 64-bit box and I can even browse the music selection however it shows up that it is serving on ip address 127.0.0.2 instead of my local IP which set to 192.168.0.254. When I right click on a song in windows media player and go to properties it shows that the song url is http://127.0.0.2:58991/%2525/%252Fhome%2...0Edge.mp3? if I paste this into a web browser and change the IP to 192.168.0.254 like so http://192.168.0.254:58991/%2525/%252Fho...0Edge.mp3? the song will play just fine in the web browser so I know it is simply just using the wrong IP address for broadcast. Anyway to manually tell it what to broadcast on?
