I tried different software and I did buy Nero 12 Platinum a couple of months ago and it comes with Blu-Ray Player. I've tried it and it's very good. I actually didn't buy it for the Blu-Ray playback. I just received a blu-ray drive today and tried it out and it works great. Also it is capable of playing 3D blu-rays. I just have to put it into the program list of XBMC so that I can load it to play a Blu-Ray. Worth the money.
BTW If you can buy Nero Blu-Ray player from Nero for $29.99. It's a cheaper way of getting a full featured Blu-Ray player. I've checked out Arcsoft Total Media Theatre 5 which costs $99.99 and Cyberlink PowerDVD 12 which costs $89.95 for Dolby 7.1 and $79.95 for Dolby 5.1. So as you can see The Nero Blu-ray is less than Half the price of the competition.
