Movie stuttering/lag, no sound.. 8 FPS?
#1
Hi

Log at pastbin

I have the problem that I can`t watch movies.. i have tried many of my movies, all are in .iso or .img format..

The movie drops many frames. And no sound.. This I can understand with the loss of frames.

All worked nice last time I used it.. Maybe two weeks a go.

I se there is some other error there to, but I don`t know how to read this log a usefull way.

Hope someone can help me.

I use the latest driver for my machine.

The log i pasted at the top.

You didn't enable debug logging (System settings, System, Debugging).

It looks like an audio problem, or at least there are audio errors reported. Check the audio setup. If no speakers are headphone are connected this can cause a problem because Win7 detects it and helpfully disables the audio device. Having said this, having no speakers connected usually causes the video to hang not stutter.

Hmm. The Debugging was on. yeah yeah.. I`ll try again.. With some more logs.

I have tried everything.. If there is no hang, the message that it can not initilize audio something.

directsound amd hdmi output (amd high def audio device).log

wasapi amd hdmi output (amd high def audio device).log

directsound Prim.log

All this and no sound in movie. And if there is noe error message, ther movie start to hang.

I deleted all the drivers, and troed again. still the same.
typical drivers.log

Hope these logs help.

I have also tried with via drivers, but the sound cards (showing up inside windows) with the VIA drivers, don`t give sound in windows eather.
