Thing is, I have Retropie installed on my RPI and use this skin with a self made script to launch Emulation Station. It took me a while to figure that out and make a shortcut for that. Also had the sweetest menu shortcuts and now it's all gone. Have to redo everything. Don't really care about the widgets, though, and I'm not really mad with Mike, I am mad because I have to do it all over again. Some bugs are sometimes expectable, but not like this major one. Oh, well, I know it wasn't ment, but please correct it asap. I am sure I won't be the only one complaining

I am feeling angry myself. I spent a lot of time adding an update warning to the skin that only when you either select RESET or do not read it and close without choosing CANCEL does it reset the menu. Menus should not reset if you read the warning and press cancel. Did you guys not see the warning? Anybody reloading the skin during update (black screen)? While I understand the frustration and I would like to track the issue down but bitching and complaining isn't very helpful. You are using software and sometimes shit happens that is why backups are recommended.

Unfortunately the update will stay. What are you doing during or after the black screen? Black screen means wait till the update is finished and you return to the addon manager.

Like I said, I do understand the frustration. Any chance you have the old kodi log during the update?

I have no idea why the snow falling is "not good" that has nothing to do with the menu resetting. Rollback option is available by selecting update in the Addon manager and choose the previous version. Might want to take a look at the Wiki for more information.

I also have no idea what your "build" is but if you have crap installed or have altered the skin then I don't know what to tell you. If you alter the skin to your liking then change the addon id so it never auto-updates again.
