I have problem with Helix which may be connected to abovementioned.
I used to keep same TV series in different folders titled depending on video redolution - like "Arrow [HD]" and "Arroe [SD]"
While scanning to library I manually edited the title of TV Show to get two entries of the same show - "Arrow HD" and "Arrow SD"
In Helix episodes of two folders merge and I can see only one TV show with dublicate episodes.
I wonder if this way of scanning is somekind of new feature of Helix. If so - can I disable it somehow?

I have the same issue, multiply added sources (the interface offers to do this so the user assumes you can) use local only NFO files
then will not add them to library. only option was I found setting update at start worked. BUT of course my ltlle cubox over a poor wifi link doesn't want to be doing this for ALL sources when I add one movie to a src!! I will take hours!

Guys please fix, or remove add option so its clear kodi does not support this.

This has been time consuming to work this out and get going, maybe just post something in the release notes to say change or know bug?

otherwise kodi seems to be moving forward in a great direction.
