Cursor navigation within the default dialogs is broken, at least on my system. So, I've fixed the cursor navigation issue and also removed the three recording options which aren't available with the DVBLink plug-in, such as "new only".
TO DO: Size the dialog windows more appropriately for the amount of content.
All tested functionality including delete works on my system. Any feedback is welcome if you have a different experience. Any tips on the best way to change the window size are also welcome. This is the first time that I've modified skin elements in Kodi, so I'm learning as a I go along.
