Can you download from here (select your OS and download whichever version you require)?

It's possible that the specific mirror site you are accessing (it's automatic based on location) had an issue. You can also click on the "details" link for the 14.1 download and manually select another mirror: http://mirrors.xbmc.org/releases/win32/k...mirrorlist
