Hi ,
i know i can share my movie libraries over Upnp to other PC's running Kodi clients on my home network.
But can the Kodi client also be setup to be able to watch Free to air TV  ?  As well as change channels record and play back  free to air tv?
My tv service provider for Kodi is NetPVR.

Not via UPnP.  But you can configure the NextPVR PVR addon on each Kodi client to point to the same NextPVR server so that you can watch TV and change channels on every TV.
