Copy the settings in the last section to your own madVR control panel. Use either the 1080p or 2160p settings.

Here are profiles for a 1080p display, for example:

i try it but when going into fullscreen, render queue, present queue does not fill and the video frames appear drop

I am guessing your madVR settings are too aggressive. Windowed mode would be downscaling. Fullscreen is upscaling. What kind of a GPU do you have?
