I am having some troubles here.  My downstairs 4k HDR TV is working fine, has a GTX 1050 TI and a I3-7100 and both PCs have the same ram, kodi settings, and madvr.  Upstairs my 4k (non HDR) TV is losing soo many frames you can't even watch, it has two 980 TI in SLI(I've also tried disabling the SLI) and an i5-3570.  They are even using the exact same version of the Nvidia driver.  What am I doing wrong here?  Here are some pictures of each TV's stats, you can tell them apart because the one has over 1000 dropped frames https://imgur.com/a/cmWY2vx

I did notice one doesn't seem to be using DXVA11, could that be it? Why would that not work when its picked in the video settings as the decoder?
Could it be because my non working TV doesn't have HDR?
