I believe that once submitted it can take a few hours to 3 business days. The update was from Friday. So maybe by Thursday.

It is up to Microsoft, and previous experinece it has taken longer than 3 days. The process may also be extended because we need MS approval to use restricted capabilities, in effect access to additional memory above 1GB so facilitate  4K HEVC video playback using DXVA2 hardware acceleration.

That is interesting i was just going off of the MS uwp program website approval program.
