Maybe it might be better to use a "path" "is" rule instead of "path" "contains".

Don´t know if this is correct, but maybe if both path contain the word "TV-Show" for example, they might be mixed.

HDD1:\\path\to\tv-show\english

HDD2:\\path\to\tv-show\french

Maybe this is senseless, but I would give it a shot.
