Hi, I can't seem to get animated posters to download for movies. Other artwork does however. Any ideas?

Have you entered your API and User key from kyradb.com?   

Yes. Is it working for you? I assume it places them next to the movie file like other Artwork?

Also seeing occasional http error, ssl error popups across the top when using. Characterart not downloading either. Don't see any issues in log other than one about movieset artwork:

That error makes sense because the filename is not allowed on the file system, so not sure why Artwork Beef doesn't know that.  

OK I got it to work again. In the artwork beef settings in "movies" under ADDITIONAL ART TYPES FOR MOVIES (COMMA SEPARATED)' you have to type: "animatedposter" and for characterart you have to type "characterart,characterart1,characterart2,characterart3....." after that it worked for me, but I fought you don't have to do this anymore?
