My iossue here is with build #0420 refreshrate switch isn't working so when playing live tv while display refreshrate to 50hz the video freezes.
But when i set in kodi refreshrate 50hz and then play live tv streams plays good (no freezes)
When playing video 24hz it switch from 60hz to 24hz like it should be so only refreshrate 60 to 50hz live tv videoplayback is freezing.
Can you test with "sync playback to display" enabled/disabled.
Can you test with omxplayer enabled/disabled.
