I don't think what you suggest makes much sense. Modifying the files and then generating a new SFV would only... certify that the files have been altered, which doesn't serve much of a purpose.
I don't think an indexer should require changing the content it scans, but that's how it is at the moment and I'll deal with it. Worst case, I'll use Kodi for video and something else for music.
