On Libreelec (linux) Chrome OS is downloaded to install libwidevine (1.9GB!). Will it extract libwidevine from the image and delete the download or will it take up 1.9GB after install?

Hey Essam, I just downloaded and installed msl2.zip from github and videos are playing back again
Is MSLV2.zip better? Where is it on github? I can't really find my way around there that easily.
Shall I just download from that link you just posted or stay as I am on msl2.zip?

I just tried it now, and it works great too.
What are the differences?
What is the best way to learn about using github? I'm fine wandering round the comments to learn what's going on with the devs, but anything other than that I'm pretty lost

It was working for me fine Essam315. I'm at this weird place where I still love my crt television but also can't get back to regular tv... This is one of the few sdtv devices whichll play Netflix.

Like anyone I am very grateful for the support provided here, however this thread is a little difficult to follow on first look.
So, apologies for the basic questions.
Is the Netflix addon currently working on Kodi for Rpi?
If so, is there a particular version of Kodi v18 required or will the latest nightly work?
Is there any configuration required once the addon is installed?
Problem is I can login to Netflix ok, but nothing plays. It just drops back to the last screen.
Cheers

The latest one from the msl2 branch or the one above (mega link) works for me with latest libreelec 8.90.008 / Kodi 18 RC1 on a Raspberry 3B+ even with subtitles but max 1280 x 720.
Trying to figure out how to show only the subtitles for mexican speech in germany when watching Narcos instead of showing them permanently.
If anyone's got an idea...
