I've had one of these remotes for 5yrs now, using CoreElec/Kodi on an Android Box with 0 issues.... well, with the remote anyways. 

I had a Beelink that was great, it died and I grabbed a, HK1 and it's been nothing but issues (not sure if the box, software or what). I built a new PC so setup my old 4th gen i7 yesterday as a new media player with Win11 and Kodi and so far works much better, with one issue. After a few hours, the remote wouldn't connect. Unplug it from the USB and plug back and worked, then 20min later not connected again.

Batteries were just fully charged a day ago, but swapped them out just in case and same issue.

This a known issue with Win11? Any ideas of a fix? Easy quick fix setting somewhere?

Just switched to Win11 a few weeks ago and hate it. So many small issues and changes just keep adding up.

I also have a Rii plugged in and noticing to get the MX3 to work I have to unplug the Rii USB dongle, then the MX3, then plug back in again. Wondering if a conflict there. Plan is to get it working properly then unplug the Rii. Ideally the PC will sit in the corner and I'll forget it's there. Just do everything from my desktop PC.
