In fact Embuary is designed to act in this way, but only for Emby sources. There are no other custom hubs available for your usecase. All you can do is to set up own library nodes in the main menu but without having the sub-nodes. 
Please don't forget that this skin is mainly designed to be used with Emby For Kodi and/or EmbyCon. I've tried my best to get most of the features for the common Kodi user too, but atm I'm not interested to add more customization options.

 You don´t need to, but that would imply more coding from your end... since you have two hubs for sorting you just would have to make options on settings of hubs to work also on nodes, which are emby sources, so what i mean, you setup on hub settings the shortcuts and they would work for emby source folders, because even without you knowing shortcuts are setup properly on the menu folders but only for genres and contents... 

But hey if you don´t want to do it it´s your call, plain skin options and no customization works for the less picky and plain users, it´s your option to make a simple skin, but hey i showed you what you can do with a good kodi skin and suggested improvement even if you are not interested.

can you tell me how to tweak speed timing of changing Home background fanart on the xml file?

The background images are mostly provided by the skin helper background script. Take a look at startup.xml and replace the integer value (seconds). But keep in mind that this xml will always be overwritten on each skin update.

hello, i'm using of Embuary Leia version and i have problem
so when i'm finishing watching one episode of my series the last second when the video will stopped or end of the episode my Kodi gone or force close the application
and i tried this second times but still and the third time and still the same problem when the episode will ended
and i also tried another skin like your Ftvfred and i tried too watching episode and the kodi is fine.
so i assume the problem is the Embuary and am i only having this issue?

EDiT:
so i tried downgrade the Leia Alpha version from Alpha 1 to the nightlies build Kodi.18-20170718 and
the problem is gone when the video will stopped or end of the episode
and btw the cast is now show up when i installed plugin.get.cast-master.

Edit 2:
so i tried upgrading again the Leia version from the nightlies build to Alpha 1 and i tried wathing one episode and i'm not having the issue because i'm not installing the plugin.get.cast-master addon
the core of my problem is i'm not installing plugin.get.cast-master add-on so the kodi force close

That's Kodi related. Leia is not very stable atm. Switch back to Krypton and wait a couple of weeks.

As I said, switch back to Krypton. It's not skin related. 
And sorry, I won't give any single smalll advice how to change this and that. A little bit self-initiative and the wiki https://kodi.wiki/view/Skinning_Manual helps.
