Thx to @wene your ID is already whitelisted qualified for legacy. @seo has commited this to OpenELEC master branch. So in the future also the Generic Version should work again for you: https://github.com/OpenELEC/OpenELEC.tv/...fc8f031885

Ok already getting severe problems. After a short period loose audio completely then it completely freezes. GUI still works so I press stop it and system crashes cannot access it via ssh. After a few minutes it comes back almost like there is a timeout. I am using wireless N 5GHz dongle which I used with windows and had no issues, Its a Linksys AE1000 which is the Ralink RT3572. Could this be the issue here as ssh when connected is extremely laggy and slow.

Debug log here.

I have tried this on a variety of content, 720p,1080p all the same. My server is fine as I can stream ok to my laptop and nexus 7 ok.

One thing I am not using my normal setup as I have had to remove the htpc from my living room. So I am setup on secondary TV in Dinning Room which has no AV reciever so direct to TV that only handles 50hz or 60Hz.

Please playback that stuff in this testing period over LAN or something else. We are currently debugging XVBA issues. Your log indicates, that you have severe Wireless Lan issues:

I cant use wired connection router to far away. This adapter has always worked fine under windows so not sure whats the issue here. I will have to do local tests then. But if it does not work with wireless then I wont be using it in future. Sad

Borrowed a very long LAN cable from work for testing, will not be able to have this installed permanently though as I have no way t discreetly hide so its strewn across my floor.

One film down and all seems good. Going to try another higher bit rate one and see how it copes. But so far so good so well done team OpenElec,Big Grin

If all is good is there anyway to improve the performance of my 5GHz network adapter as it works fine under windows but not under OpenElec or Ubuntu.

All good with a full bluray rip.

After assigning static ip's across my network and a factory reset on my router and reconfigured, all appears to now work smoothly with my wireless adapter as well streaming same full bluray rip no drops or buffering.

I am a happy chappy now, no more windows and I can send back the WDTV i bought as a stop gap.

Any idea when will you be releasing a proper vsn with these fixes?

One thing I am noticing, is that it my TV is seeing the output as YUV rather than RGB Full range an it all appears crushed. How to alter this?
