Who knows from what location the player buttons are loaded, somewhere the button images must be.

I don't get any 3D or 4K 'flags' on my icons. Other skins do have this based on filename alone. To be clear - to me a "flag" is a little indicator somewhere on the top or the corner of the icon on a movie view. This is just critical as I have many 4K and 3D versions of the same movie.
Madnox and MQ9 and other skins handle this "flag" (if I'm using the term right.) Madnox being deprecated and finally falling away, and the gorgeous MQ9 driving me nuts when I try to use it has brought me back here hoping I can get 4K / 3D "flags" so I know to put on my glasses
Like I told you back in 2019... There are 4K and 3D flags in the skin already!
Anything that is provided natively will always be preferred over filename. I added Atmos and DTS-X flags using filename cause it is not provided to Kodi from how it currently gets the stream details.

Filename doesn't matter cause the skin uses the resolution of the stream to display the correct flag. Filename only matters if you want source type (things like HDTV, BluRay, etc...) to override the video codec. 3D source flag is automatic if Kodi read the details and it comes back as stereoscopic so no need for 3D in filename for that as it will auto show BluRay 3D icon.

Uncertain when the next will be but that's why the GitHub version is available.
Instructions to install are in post #3 of this thread.

There are no button images. They are glyphs in the font file.

If anybody has suggestions for a different button you can search HERE and provide me the code point in the web section of the side menu that pops up when clicking on one.
It depends on the icon whether or not I will change it...

Edit: Ok, I found MaterialIcons-Regular.ttf
I downloaded skin.aeon.nox.silvo-master.zip and made according to instructions #3, but I have a error during the installation "the dependencies of XMBC.GUI cannot be met .." what I did wrong ?

Choose the skin branch corresponding to your Kodi version:
Master: Kodi 21, Omega
Nexus: Kodi 20, Nexus
Matrix: Kodi 19, Matrix

This is what MQ9 shows me on the same movies as far as flags on most views (not all). All other high-end skins do this. I would prefer Silvo

In both screenshots, you are missing basic things like audio and video details.
I'd suggest you start there and find out why you do not get them even after playing the item.

I had some modifications to Nox:Silvo which for the most part I do not need anymore with the latest version, but I do have one issue with 9.10 which I don't know how to fix. My skinning skills are next to nill, so my modifications have been made by trial and error. This might me something simple, I just need a push in the right direction. My only modifications now are in View_501_LowListand DialogPlayerProcessInfo, and it's lowlist that has an issue.
I have this for a season view:
And this as episode view:
I just like to have the plot present and the season poster is already there in the season view, so there's no need for it in the episode view (but that's my personal pref). With my modded lowlist xml, I'm missing the watched/unwatched list and I don't know what code to add / alter to get it back. Can you help me?
Edit: Nevermind. I retraced my alterations in the old lowlist and added them to the new lowlist. I know I broke a few things when you switch to normal low list (I only user lower list), but I'm happy again. Biggest problem was to show episode info when there's no plot info available, but I overlook the fact I added a dummy control for that in my own file ...

Hi
I have noticed with the latest update that my movies are now showing the SDR flag, but they all show SDR even the ones that are HDR. I use Tiny Media Manager to name my files, so the HDR ones have the following suffix's depending on the type of HDR. HDR10, HDR10+ or Dolby Vision. Any idea why all my movies show as SDR?
Cheers
