Having a difficult time getting the website to load. Is it still up?

As a fanboy myself, I too will be patiently waiting, impatiently!

(2015-08-05, 15:00)Skank Wrote: Some thoughts.
Will it be easy to have the existing slides in a different (dutch) language? or will we have to rephraze every word of it on our own?

We do plan to publish a database of our trivia that anyone can translate to their hearts content. I'm not sure if there's a way to mass translate items in a database, but that's something we could look into. The slides will have to be recreated in the new language either way, unfortunately.

(2015-08-05, 15:00)Skank Wrote: Will we be able to have a video "remember to put on your 3d glasses" intro before a 3d movie starts?

Yes you will! We haven't worked out the specifics of how 3D will be handled yet, but that will be in there.

(2015-08-05, 15:00)Skank Wrote: Will you create intro movies for free?

There will be a growing number of free video bumpers on the website. Those were nuked by that patch, and are on the list of things to upload & import.

The site is up and functional. It's possible your DNS doesn't have our servers in record. Try using Open DNS as your DNS addresses.

Run a trace route to cinemavision.tv (217.23.13.164) and see where it's failing out. Every time I've personally run into this problem it's been on my ISPs side. Who's your carrier?

What are your thoughts on this?

Well it's failing at a Cogent hop, so I'd wager it's a problem between TWC and Cogent. Here's some of their contact info to try to get you resolved.

You could also try going through a proxy to see about bypassing Cogent and see if you can resolve the site.

Got the site up today, and signed up right away. Looking good. Can't wait to see the first releases of this program.

So far the few things I've tried to download from the site haven't worked. The dts-X video and some slides. The video just doesn't play and the slides zip says it's corrupt. Any ideas?

You're very welcome! I know there's been hiccups along the way, but we'll get it worked out as we go.

Well that's disappointing. It's also the first time I've heard about this. Testing now. What slides have you downloaded?
