XBMC was updating/scanning for new content. After a new episode was found, the 'recently added' top menu did not update, only after going into TV SHOWS and back to main menu did it update... is this normal?
yes
And is this the only way to get it updated? Or, does it also work with a counter / interval in which it will update itself?
I'm not a dev but it would be awesome if the script could update itself when a scan ends... But I guess that's not possible
Its a great idea. I will try to implement this for you tomorrow.
After you update your library the AllInOne will update the recently added too.
Very thanks.

Mentioned several times now is the impact of not having any Music in your library has to the script refreshing. If you do not have any music then just add a single album and the script will refresh much quicker. This has been fixed and am sure a new version will be available soon anyway.
Thanks again Chippie, its realy nice have your support.
i wil try to implement all good ideas for your guys, if i can of course.
About the playlist. You are right, the allinone dont use playlist or mess with the recently add from xbmc. If there is a problem with playlist or recently added movies in xbmc, its not because the script. The playlist used in My Menu is from RandomLastItem, i think, i dont test this yet.
What the user have to understand is : The AllInOne only search the recently added movies and put in the list, it will not change the recently added from xbmc. You can make playlist or access the recently added movies normally.
Well, i make some changes in the script, maybe tommow i will post in the repository, after input the sugestion from mikkelnl.
