I was wondering is XBMC will support Movie Sets within Movie Sets.

For Example:-
I would like to create a Movie Set Called "Tales of Middle Earth"
Under this set I would like to have "The Lord of the Rings" as a Movie set, then another for "The Hobbit" Movies

So it should look like something below

Tales of Middle Earth
- The Lord of the Ring Trilogy
- The Fellowship of the Ring
- The Two Towers
- The Return of the King

- The Hobbit
- An Unexpected Journey
- "Hobbit Movie 2"
- "Hobbit Move 3"

To add on to Martijn's response, you can use multiple <tag> tags to accomplish something similar.
