No man, no need to do uninstall multiple times. Like I mentioned in my previous post, restart XBMC. This error most likely occurs only when I push an update and XBMC failed to pick dependency correctly due to conflict in existing installed module.
There is a permanent fix for this issue. For that you will need to go to add ons folder that you will find under XBMC data folder. Go inside that folder, delete script.module.turtle folder (DONOT delete the one ends with "x"). There after go inside userdata folder, then Database , open Addons15.db using SQL data browser, delete the script.module.turtle entry from table "addon" . Thereafter restart XBMC and this error will never come.

AJ, when I add the zip file (first tried from your youtube video (appletv one) then tried the one you have listed above), it "enables" it but when I click on Get Add Ons and click on AJ addons, its empty inside. I dont have the "Videos Addons" folder you have inside Get Add Ons. Any idea why? Thanks for the help in advance.

followed this to fix he turtle.py error. all good now.

My issue now is that if I use desi-tashan database, I dont see some shows that show up only when I use desitv as source (ex: devon ke dev mahaadev from life ok channel). but I dont want to use desitv database, because I was not able to play a bunch of zee tv shows like pavitra rishta..

Like I always mention, I don't maintain the database or websites. You must read how addons work and disclaimer statement put in add-on or read it at http://code.google.com/p/apple-tv2-xbmc/. The add-on works like a web browser.
