Hi all,
So I finally switched over to a full XBMC setup and I am definitely enjoying it. However, I have some issues that I am unsure how to sort out.
This is my Media PC (XBMC) setup I have running
XBMC 12.2
1. All media is stored locally on internal SATA HDDs
2. CPU: Intel 2.4Ghz Quad Core
3. RAM: 4GB DDR 2
4. GFX - ATi 5450 1GB DDR 3 PCI-E
5. Windows 7 as the host OS.
The TV is connected to the computer via a HDMI out on the GFX card - so that's how I get my sound, too.
The issues I'm having..
1. HD video playback very, very slow. I would say maybe 10 to 12FPS or so. Video is just unwatchable due to this.
2. I a lot of media is not showing up in XBMC - Music, Some TV shows and some Movies.
With issue 2 - I have tried renaming the files to what XBMC expected and to the same format as is on thetvdb.com - still not showing up.
Anyone have any ideas on how to solve these two problems?
Thanks all!.
