I do have to do an update as a few bugs from last couple of pages, but mod is on the back burner ATM as working on a Hybrid rewrite for Gotham. Basics nearly done then can come back & update this Mod

It would be great if we could get those last few bugs/requests ironed out before your focus moves on to newer things

And, I hope this Skin will continue to work in Gotham, so that we dont have to start the process all over again like we did with the move from Eden to Frodo...

Wrt fan art I did actually use your suggestion on the old box, but I had problems getting just the fan art out of the image folders so I copied the images from the image folders created when I used media centre and mymovies also of course it just wasn't dynamic.i will have a think.

I have one issue left to solve, and that is I get a randomandlastitems.py script error when going back to main menu ehich I never had on xbmc in windows. I wondered if this could be a mod install error as I did this from a USB stick?

Guys I'm hoping you can help me. I have a favourites folder and widgets set up the way I want it, but is it possible to creat a favourites 2? What I want to do is have a other tab on my homescreen titled 'media pc' and have a widget set from that with my upnp music folder, movies folder and tv show folder. I'm fairly certain I can do it but I'm not there yet. I thought about deleting all my favourites from the favourites list but what this does is deletes my original favourites.

Ok I managed to do it
By using add on shortcuts. Now is there an easy way to change the thumbnails, it's just little jigsaw pieces.

I can't seem to get fanart to appear. I'm using an android box. my music library is shared over smb, I think I have everything ticked correctly in the skin, I play a song and all I get is the cd art of that particular artist along with the cd but the background is just a black screen?

2) How portable is this to other devices? I have 6 pi's in my house and I would like to copy the setup to each of the boxes. I know how to take a full backup of the .xbmc folder but for some reason some of the pi's did not like when I applied the backup (the install corrupted. I never had this problem in the past). I know that this mod as a folder in the addon directory (not userdata) but simply copying over this folder did not do the trick (there was no change to the skin). All of my sources are the same on each box so that is one variable I shouldn't have to worry about.

Don't need money, do this in my spare time. Team XBMC is always looking for beer money though.

Should be as easy as any other skin to copy over to a different device. Not something I've ever looked at.

Make sure your music is scanned to your library, as CD Art and logos work on file paths but fanrt is from XBMC database.

I resolved the randomandlastitems error, but i am not 100% sure why it was happening!

It was one of the playlists - as soon as i removed it the error went away, I ended up removing the playlist -- removing the fileset in xbmc, (for good measure i also renamed the folder on my NAS box although i dont this had an effect) and then re-added the fileset, created the smart playlist and then the home page item. it then didnt give me the script error!

for fanart i simply created a folder in the home folders and copied fanart to it from the movies/tvshows folder on my NAS as i added fanart to the show folders with one of the scraper programs (cant remember which one)

I need some help here
I want to add a direct access to "In progress TV shows" in the keymap, but I don't know how to make it.

For example to get to movies I added "ActivateWindow(Videos,MovieTitles)", but for in progress shows it's not working. Any idea?

You could try "ActivateWindow(Videos,library://video/inprogressshows.xml/,return)" with or without the "comma return" bit.
