In settings.
Is it possible to ad it to the menu?

In Confluence there is an option "Enable Playlist at Startup".
Is there any possibility in Amber to autostart a playlist at startup?

You will have to manually edit home screen or map it to a button on your remote.

I may add it in the next update.

That won't happen, sorry.
I like to see what show has been updated without much effort. Likewise, I don't really want to see all episode titles at once so that I need to invest the effort to visually distinguish between them.

I have one question which might be just me overlooking some option or could be a request or even a bug.
Confusing huh ?....
Let me try to explain what i attempt to accomplish.
I have a movie collection which is added to the movies library and scanned no problem.
My kids are not old enough to be able to read the subtitles of the many Disney/Pixar animation movies.
So i created an animation collection witch are spoken in their native language (dutch).
Since the original english spoken versions of those movies are already in the movie library, i don't want to add the animation collection to the movie collection, but rather create a different 'menu-item' in an attempt to keep the Kids Movies apart from the general movie library.
Here my problem arises:
- Creating custom menu-item.....no problem...very cool feature !
- Adding animation collection to favourites and link it to the newly created menu-item......check...no problem there
- I would like the movies to be displayed with fanart. Choosing movie scraper does present the movies perfectly, but automatically adds them to the movie library (even when i select the option to not update this folder in library)
- Selecting 'none' in the media type tab, doesn't update the Kids Movies to the library, which is fine..... but the fanart option then doesn't display the movie covers correctly anymore (it displays a square block in which it tries to stretch the movie cover).
So now i have 3 choices really:
1. add them as movies (pro: get scraper info, fanart and displayed as movie. con: automatically added to the movie library as well making them appear twice in the movie menu (english/native)).
2. add them as media type 'none' (pro: not added to movie library con: not as movie, no scraper info.)
3. just add as none and display them as list.... (pro: cover images displayed in correct ratio con: no scraper info, cover images are enlarged which makes them blurry.
In an ideal world, i would love to see an option where you can not only add a custom menu item, but also a custom category...
This way you can have a library for Movies , TV Shows , Music AND your custom alternative movies .... complete with recently added widget ;-)
I understand that this ideal solution might not be a suitable skin feature request, but rather a xbmc functionality request....
I would be very much helped out if there would be an option for favourite folders to be displayed with correct rectangle sizes for movie covers.
Alternativey using the scraper option without adding the folder to the general movie library would result in the same....i guess...
I think there are more people which have a collection of native spoken movies besides the box office versions..
If anyone knows a workaround or already got a solution to keep your general movie collection apart from a kids movie collection, please share ;-)
Thanks for your patience !
