Doesn't default to Tunlr, but I believe the settings are saved external to the addon.
The only site I know of that doesn't geoblock in some way is nbc, and that isn't true of newer content.
Smart dns proxy is free, if they start charging I will use something else.
The log looks like a geo block message.
Saying that for abc it may be possible to bypass the geoblock transparently. If it's possible it'll be in the next release.

By all means if someone wants to add real-debrid as a connection type they are welcome to.
I won't be doing it because it's a paid service and I for now there are now still free dns proxies that work.
More importantly, as far as I can tell it supports, abc, cbs, thecw, that' a very small selection of what free cable provides access to. I don't use the service so could be wrong.
