Intel NUC - Bay Trail (Celeron Generation CPU) - DN2820FYKH
I've tried OpenELEC 18056 with the new 3.14 kernel, but it has problems with suspend. Sometimes it works, but sometimes just hangs. So I'm reverting it back, until there's a fix for that.

So you don't have Logs for the Devs to fix this and they have to work with the chrystal ball?

Nope. I didn't take it with me to work, it's attached to my TV, also my boss might mind.

Hello to everyone,

I have the Nuc 2820 for a couple of weeks now and currently i am running on latest Gotham build, Beta 3. My TV is Samsung es7000. I have a small problem with video playback (not only with the latest build but with all the builds i have tried). Every time a video starts i get small frame dropping (if i can describe it correclty) something that can be repeated during the film but not frequently (about 3-4 times in total movie duration). I have tried various settings in my TV with motion plus and led plus settings and openelec video settings but have not succeded yet to find the perfect combination in order to fix it.

Can anyone help me? It would be also very helpfull if someone can provide his openelec video settings(that really works) in order to have the one part of the problem (nuc) solved and try to find the solution for the other (samsung)

Thank you

If you haven't reverted yet - please provide debug log before doing so. Not much to do about it without one.

Same for you - please post a debug log of this happening. If you don't mind - set xbmc to start debug logging, restart and provide log from start of XBMC, you start playing a movie - and until this happens atleast once during the movie.

Does it work in Beta 3?

No, I haven't yet, I'll collect the logs this evening (that's about in two hour's time in my timezone.)

Beta 3 is a 15th March build, it worked then. The new kernel came with a 31st March commit.

No, that's the 29th, sorry. But still, not the 3.14 kernel update.

Also I've got the logs, but the method described in the Wiki (cat /var/log/messages | paste) doesn't seem to be working anymore.
