I'm afraid I'm out of ideas for this. Perhaps rob or capfuturo or someone else might have a clue. I usually use a sub folder for my extras. Haven't done any testing with the remote location except when it was first supported. A debug log of you selecting one of the extras might show something. Not to me though. I'm not much good at reading them. Make sure you turn on debug logging in the addon settings as well as system settings.

I forgot with the above log to switch on debugging in the addon.
Having turned it on, every time I try and run the program to upload the log I get a script failed error.
Is there an alternate method to let you have the log?

Yeah, just navigate to your log in the appdata folder, open it up, copy and paste to xbmclogs or pastebin.com, and then share the link here.

I have copied and pasted the log into xbmclogs, com
It hasn't come up with a link though. I put in an alias of "Glenn Curtis".
Having done the paste, it has come back with a message "Your paste contains a phrase that has been censored" so I am not sure if it uploaded OK and has just displayed a warning or it didn't work at all.

No luck I am afraid as I still get the "Your paste contains a phrase that has been censored" message and the URL in the address bar just shows "http://xbmclogs.com/"

I switched off Trakt and did the upload within XBMX.

I didn't receive the email with the link in so I have typed what it said on the screen manually.

Corrected link to debug- http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=165264
I can see where you pulled up "Bones" at line 2808. And at least one error with the addon, but as I said before I'm not much good at reading the logs.
There doesn't appear to be logging enabled on the VideoExtras addon.
If you wanted to reproduce with logging enabled - I may be able to take a look.

mod edit - link correction
From the look of the log it's finding lots of extras.
Please can you get an exact example of which show you are loading and at what time, and what you are expecting to see, and what you actually see.
Please also turn off the "Allow caching of extras on startup" in the VideoExtras settings, as this will reduce the logging that we see, making it easier to read.
