I think I got it. 101 doesn't read correctly. S01E01 works fine. Dang. That took hours.

Currently working on default support using <moviefilename>-<arttype>.ext
This means it will download and name MOVIE artwork according to this.
Example: "9 (2009)-disc.png" instead of "disc.png"
It will also force rename any old files using "<arttype>.ext" to "<moviefilename>-<arttype>.ext"
It will not yet force update the database to point to the new file if renamed. Still working on that.
It may be finished and ready for testing during next week.
Still a lot untested. Just wanted to let you know.

I don't really want animated posters (especially in a 256-colour format; yuck) so it would save bandwidth at both ends to not bother even downloading the thumbs.
(Thinking about it, is it possible to set a language restriction somewhere in the settings? Every thumb with the text in a language I don't use is wasting bandwidth as well...)

I think we will change the default filenames for discart, clearart... to <filename>-disc.png, <filename>-clearart.png.

This should NOT be "pink" since it was auto-named by the bulk renamer to match.

Short answer
Themes - need have file theme (mp3, wav, flac) in respective movie, concert or tv show folders (by default run when you are in video info (i), if you like playing theme in collection, need configure addon for play in this area too (tvtunes addon).
About sets, skin have specific view for sets (look submenu item for see), active in settings, video, for use sets. Need active sets view first.
About trailers - at home if you start from widget you see 3 options (play movie, play trailer, play cinema experience), or in collection, select movie with trailer available (need addon youtube for it), press c (context menu), you see one option for playing trailer.
