Can someone explain whats the difference between worlin skin 4.1.9.9 and Amelondbor's that everyone talking about?

Check with default Confluence skin first. If your problem still occur then ask in general thread because is not Aeon Nox 4.1.9 relative

I must be a complete noob, can you tell me how I even turn on the icons at the bottom? I have the standard XBMC ones. Is there a switch? I've found 'customized icons' in skin settings and turned on 'colored icons' but it doesn't seem to have made a difference to the film icons that appear?

Originaly Nox 4.1.9.9 has the colorflags out of the box, but they are not shown for me as well...
so you have to set the right path for the flags and you can do this in the skins settings you were before.
First you have to download the colored flags package from here: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=157923
Put the files somewhere on your computer. (not in the hidden appdata folder, because my xbmc can't show it up..)
and then you habe to set the right path in the skin settings. et voilà...

u need to setup your grafik drivers ! the "overscan" function for EVERY resolution u use !!! EVERY !
1920x1080@25fps
1920x1080@23,9fps
...etc
u need to change to every resolution and check your OVERSCAN -
i hope u use windows - u need to change it in windows - not in XBMC !!!
u need to have the perfect fit of your screnn in every resolution ( or at least all the resolutions u are using with ur 3D movies ! )
i had the same problem and could solve it that way

@miks85, thanks very much for the flags guide. Now working and it seems I'll need to rename various files as my file name don't contain bluray or a version of that. No big problem.

Probably easy query, but does anyone know where "WATCHED", "NEW" "IN PROGRESS" etc. ribbons that are shown on title icons are stored in the skin folder? The reason I'm asking these are not translated to my native lang and I would very much translate these but don't know where these are;(. Cheers!
