Is the name change that confused me.

Thanks!

Haswell is the processor microarchitecture. Previous Intel ChromeBooks/Boxes have used SandyBridge/IvyBridge, newer Intel ChromeBooks currently use BayTrail. This standalone option of this script supports all the Haswell-based ChromeBoxes, regardless of CPU/GPU used (Celeron 2955u/2957u, Core i3-4010u, Core i7-4600u)

I need to get my Intel game back.

Thanks for the information.

Great job!

Installing was very easy and your wiki was very helpfull.

There's no boot time on this device it just turn on,i wish every OS can do that.

Question?

How can i access the root directory of the OS.
I need to make some custom changes to my Aeon MQ5 Skin

Thanks!

Sorry to bother you.

This is the path in windows C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\xbmc\addons\skin.aeonmq5\media

I can't find this path in OpenElec.

I know it is not the same but i should be able to locate addons\skin.aeonmq5\media

unsure man, since it's a basic OpenELEC question, you'll likely find better help on their forums or IRC channel

Used this script to set up OpenELEC on a new HP Chromebox tonight. Flawless installation, you're a credit to the forum Matt. Everything seems very snappy and now I have HD audio!!

Anyone know if there's a software edit to reduce the brightness of the power on LED? I would apply a 'LightDim' but as the HP is white, it wouldn't quite look right with a dark circle stuck over the LED.

Edit: Just seen they do lightdims in white.

that's not exactly useful info to diagnose the issue. Make/model? is it on the list of working/non-working models on the wiki? output of 'lsusb -v | pastebinit' and 'dmesg | pastebinit' ?

ssh in to your openelec box. Username root, pw openelec.

Then you are in a standard situation. The skin is under ~/.xbmc/addons/

Or if you are on kodi, ~/.kodi/addons/

I believe you can connect Harmony Touch directly to your Chromebox via Bluetooth.
