Hey all,

So I currently have MediaPortal TV Server installed as a backend and I noticed whenever playing free to air Australian TV it does not change the refresh rate of the screen which should be 50hz. I have tried playing 50hz video files normally through Kodi and it works as it should.

Any ideas if this is a Kodi problem or addon problem?

If it does not work anymore, it is definitely a Kodi problem. The addon only passes the raw TV stream to Kodi. Kodi itself is responsible for the refresh rate changes.
