I just downloaded this add on but when I try to open game center it says "error, script failed". Any help is appreciated. Thank you for everything by the way! Would love to watch Hd hockey.

If you download the above NHL Gamecenter Mod plugin then try to find the xbmc.log, copy/paste the log contents to http://pastebin.com, submit and give the result pastebin.com link here so people able to see the problem in the xmbc.log file.

Note: make sure you have XBMC Gotham 13.2 version in order to use this plugin. Older XBMC Frodo might not work.

NHL Gamecenter Mod to support playing French feeds

Fixed couple of bugs and now package it to install in different directory so it won't interfere with the current NHL Gamecenter addon.

You could go to XBMC SYSTEM/Settings/Add-ons and use the Install from zip file to install this add-on. You will see the NHL Gamecenter Mod in the VIDEO/Add-ons.

Anyone know the reason why none of the French streams work on the other platforms (Xbox lists a french feed but I can never access it).

Not sure what version of NHL Gamecenter you tried but you could try the NHL Gamecenter Mod version which doesn't required the credentials unless you're trying to play a LIVE game.

You could try the NHL Gamecenter Mod version to see if it works and report the xmbc.log if there is error.

Fixed couple of bugs, also support changing CDN 'Content Delivery Networks' server (Akamai, Limelight, Level 3). Thanks user cookiemonster70 for this feature.

Note: Live games will automatically use the CDN server settings. For archive games, if you change the CDN server settings when it is at the game links panel (Full, Condensed, Highlights) you need to go back one level and select the game team link again, so it can rebuild the game links with new CDN server.

It seems that the Windows version Kodi 14.0 has fixed the random crashing problem for this addons.

I would like to connect my Sony KD-65X9005A via DLNA (not HDMI) to my computer and access NHL Gamecenter.

At the moment, when accessing the Kodi server from the TV via DLNA, I can only see my Kodi library (video and audio folders), not the Gamecenter... I guess because it is an add-on.

Is there anyway to create some kind of link to the add-on and place it in the video folder so I can browse to it, or get my TV to show add-ins in the menu in addition to the audio/video folders?

Unfortunately plugging the computer directly into the TV / receiver is not an option for me, and the Sony NHL app does not show up in my region, and does not give me access to watch condensed games.

I know this thread is technically dead, but, I have to say the ability to switch CDN server settings has almost completely resolved my buffering issues. And to concur that there's no crashing in Kodi 14.0. I've got three different plugins for my NHL GCL account, and I switch from one to another whenever there's a problem. I haven't switched from this one since I installed this latest version. Thanks for putting it out here.

Also, if you are a Rogers customer, Rogers recently changed their Login criteria so you may want to check if you are impacted by going to their website. I had to switch from a username to an email address for MyRogers and this changed my login credentials for NHL GameCenter.

If you're not a Rogers customer, make sure you are using your correct Gamecenter ID.

I've been affected by the rogers change. Username to email but if I try using both my old username or my "new" email, I still get the login failed: credentials crap on my kodi. My tablet and ps3 work fine though.

This may be the wrong place for this and if so feel free to tell me. All of the recent NHL GCL add ons are awesome and this has nothing to do with them…I think. When I’m watching GCL with my Raspberry Pi I am blacked out of Pittsburgh games, but if I use my iPhone on the same network at the same time I’m not blacked out and watch it just fine. The only difference is the Pi is hard wired to the router and my iPhone is on Wi-fi. This makes no difference whether I’m using Kodi or the official NHL app on my iPhone. It just doesn’t make any sense.
Similarly if I have it on my ATV2 at work (Kodi or official) the Pittsburgh games play just great but obviously on a different network then home. Any thoughts of what makes this happen? If I could airplay my iPhone’s video to the Pi that would be fine but it work that way at least not that I’m aware of.
