You need some form of sound mixing while using BPM - The xbmcbuntu guide in first post has some info about how to achieve it.

Hi.

I'm running Kodibuntu, and i can't get the picture to run in fullscreen.
Kodi goes completly away, but i'm only getting half the image shown.

if i do the command
DISPLAY=:0 wmctrl -l
via ssh

Then my output is
Cannot get client list properties.
(_NET_CLIENT_LIST or _WIN_CLIENT_LIST)

wmctrl is installed using the command.
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade && sudo apt-get install wmctrl

how do i resolve this ?

BySimba80 Not sure what up - from my experience no sound in games but sound in bpm indicated pulseaudio is not running. Youre pre/post scripts are missing the square brackets, are you sure they are running correctly and that pulseaudio is running when it should. With a .asoundrc you should have a 'default' audio decice in kodi, do you see that?

Dennisreneholm you need a window manager running, such as openbox.

where are the install direction? where do i copy the files to?

Do you get any errors? Namely with the mv commands? Can you select open box from the login screen (after exiting kodi)?
