I updated yesterday to 15.0 alpha 2 and I couldn't get kodi to load after it would boot loop for about a minute or sometimes not stopping but I noticed it wasn't showing my wallpaper only the factory one so I disabled your skin and I'm working now

I've not even looked at "15.0 alpha 2", so wouldn't know if it works or not. Out of Interest where did you get CCM from.
I'm not sure now I been using it a couple of months now but did a fresh install of kodi couple of weeks ago because I had a bug in genesis
Only interested in helping if it's my latest version of CCM. Otherwise could be running in circles for days.

I could add the Vertical Logo view from the Gotham version, if you like.

Thanks for the reply but that wont help in this situation.
So then use "Single Image path" - I agree with Solo0815, you don't need to edit xml files for this.

@Mudislander:
There maybe some alignment bugs, but maybe you can fix them and add it to CCM?
The video is playing in the right Box, but on my WetekPlay, it is not on the screenshot
Here is the changed code:

I added some comments for me to know, what is the changed entry on the screen. I have no experience on skinning for Kodi or other projects.
I hope you like it.
There is a Bug with a "]" in the upper left corner -> "TV Kanäle ]"
i loved this mod!! a few more tweaks and it is perfect!
i would love something simple like this:
Will add the first screenshot - I'm lazy and the code is virtually complete But have quoted this post as a side issue I think the 2nd screenshot would suit Hybrid better.
-- Global Skin Options --
- Enable Home Floor = UNchecked
- Enable Original Confluence Popup Seek Bar = UNchecked
-- Video OSD Settings --
- Enable Video OSD Start Playing Introduction = UNchecked
- Enable Video OSD Plot on Pause = UNchecked
- Enable Video Codec Info on Pause and OSD Menu = UNchecked
- Enable Video Artwork to Show with OSD Information = checked
- User Video OSD Button = Aspect Ratio

You can change it by going 'System \ Skin \ Background Artwork and selecting the menu item that has that background and changing it to one that you like. Just make sure you have a new backdrop sitting somewhere that is accessible to Kodi eg, I have a folder called 'Menu Backgrounds' that I put in the userdata folder. the 'Menu Backgrounds' folder has all of my preferred backgrounds sitting in it and as part of the setup, I navigate to this folder and select each one that I want to use for each home menu item.
Hope this helps
