OK this issue is with all my GL apps. Even glxgears has this issue. From searching around the net it sounds like and issue with VSync, but I can not figure out how to disable this on a Intel card.

I believe it's enabled at the app level. XBMC for Linux currently leaves it disabled.

OK so I fixed the 100% CPU usage error by disabling DRI, but now we are back to the original problem. Sorry to take this so far off course. I had done some updates and one of them was the video driver.

Ah, there's the problem. We don't support Fedora. Try Ubuntu.

So no other ideas, besides change distros?

without buying an intel mobo and installing fedora 9 nothing comes to mind. have you thoroughly searched the forums? perhaps you could try a 32-bit chroot environ, but that is also unsupported.

I am going to be doing a Fedora 9 i386 install next week hopefully and I will try to compile it and see what happens. I am looking to build rpms for distribution since xbmc is by far the best looking media center. Currently I am using Freevo which just does not compare. Thanks.
