I have modified the the Amber home screen as seen below. I'd really like to be able to reposition the CodecInfo to the top of the screen when a video is playing. Which .xml has the CodecInfo to make such a change?

Thanks for the info @Hitcher. Moved the CodecInfo to the top and prefer it there more so than the stock Amber skin placement.

I guess it is there so that it doesn't overlap the seek bar dialog, we could probably make it so that it is displayed lower down if the dialog is visible but at the top if not. I'll have a look. as I think it does look better snug to the top of the screen.

OK, I've made some changes and created a pull for Jester (https://github.com/jester-xbmc/skin.amber/pull/21) thanks for the idea.

Really like how it transitions and allows for both the Codec Info and OSD/Info to be displayed simultaneously without overlapping eachother.
