v17 Shield ATV - Krypton (pre) Alpha 1 PT audio issues & Test Builds
Sure, both are less then a second. I had a day old build before.

Refreshrate disabled

Logs: http://xbmclogs.com/ps2unhcdy
AppleTV 4K, LG 65E6 OLED TV, Marantz NR1606, Harmony Elite
Could I get a Debug Log, please - newest version.

Edit: You know - I look into the Debug Log like into the matrix - without them I see nothing.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

That was a log with passthrough completely disabled :-)

He's drinking early for the weekend! Wink I'll get a log if someone hasn't already after 7pm.

Use the latest androidtest2 build, please - thx and compare the playback start with the older version.

Sorry if this isn't the right place for it, but is support for DTS:X passthrough included in Krypton? I just saw that Marantz and Denon are releasing firmware updates to support DTS:X for their 2015 lineup.
The androidtest2 build crashed on my system

The nightly from 4/2 works quite OK. Started a DTS HD MA video, but there are some problems.

Thx much - so they forgot to portback the most important API call of v23 :-( - bad, I thought we would get proper sync, but nooo. Let's hope for v6.

Please be more precise on "some problems", reading the Matrix needs effort and time.

Hehe....yeah I might have started the weekend a bit early. The latest build crashes on startup, so no logs.

But here are logs from the http://mirrors.kodi.tv/test-builds/andro...bi-v7a.apk build:

AppleTV 4K, LG 65E6 OLED TV, Marantz NR1606, Harmony Elite
See above - already known.

0d2317a should work again ...

I have mainly 2 problems.
Dolby true HD with high bitrate has no picture and no sound.
I have 2 videos and the log is from playing a Celine Dion Video with 96 KHz.
http://xbmclogs.com/pm2dgrt4u
I have also a Kings of Leon video with Dolby Digital 640 Kbps, that behaves in the same way.

The other problem is when playing live TV. There is no sound for MPEG 2 Audio and with Dolby Digital the video and audio stutter. AAC stero plays OK. Tell me if you want a log.

Wrong thread. This is the test-build thread for HD audio support. This is not for discussion of nightly builds.

EDIT: Ignore me.

He is right here. All the code was merged:

It seems that it's not supported - which is quite sad.

The stream is of 192 khz, but the audiotrack only opens 96 khz, which is after that not compatible for TrueHD. Let me hack around this for you.

Oh yeah! Forgot about that, my bad. API issue?

Let's see:

@P-I-H: Give this one: http://jenkins.kodi.tv/job/Android-ARM/7054/ a test please when it is finished.

I try to "tunnel" it via 48 khz ... more than >= 96 khz Android cannot do, so if this does not work - we have no chance for now.
