Intel VAAPI howto with Leia v18 nightly based on Ubuntu 18.04 server
@Jorgensen:

Could you please describe the issue in words, please - so that we can compare those to the logfile?
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

@fritch dvblogic has finally fixed their pvr plugin, and it should be in kodi master repo now as well, could you maybe add it to the openelec testbuilds again? Thanks Smile

Can you define mixing?

I uploaded a new build. I could not find this dvblogic thingy ... I include dvblink and dvbviewer - nothing else on official kodi-pvr repo

Thanks fritch, it's dvblogic that makes the dvblink plugin (confusing I know)

It's fritsch, with a soft schhhh, sounds phonetically like fridge in your language :-)

lol sorry fritsch, I should get that right knowing the language and all...
so the pvr works, yay!

BUT more importanly, I have no idea what you did to the videoplayer in Krypton, however BigBunny 2160p@60hz plays without skips on the baytrail! =O I can't really see what scaler it uses however.

Also I have noticed that no matter what you do with the video settings interlance seems to be to auto, no matter the settings the interlaced samples I have look the same (they do however look great).

And refresh rate changes are much faster as well it seems. So all in all very very nice first impressions.

Funny. Nothing we did. We are working in other parts of kodi right now ...

There is a huge difference between Jarvis and current master regarding VideoPlayer. There is also a huge difference between current master and fist half of January.
