It's only possible through the Apple Developer Portal

But that's only applicable to paid accounts

Well i can confirm i had the exact same issue yesterday with my kodi install on my ATV4. launched it and it gave a blank white screen so i re-installed it and same again, so i attempted to resign the app and got an expired profile message so re-created my provisioning profile and yes, got 7 days......

think I'm gonna stump up the $99 and get a proper dev account,

The current theory is that it's a bug and will return to ninety days when fixed...

Hello for free dev account , after 9 days if delete kodi from AT4 and reinstall will it work ?

It can just be a bug. Because I had do my last previous Kodi sideloading around 4 weeks ago. I could use a previous provisioning file with Kodi but not for Provenance and others.

When I use build for running (instead of window- devices and "+") it installs on my iPad 3, but without the icon and the app shows white screen.

Otherwise I get "The application could not be verified" error and I can not get past that.

I have already deleted all iPhone developer certificates, re-signed the app for like 5 times and it did not helped.

I am about to delete my xCode profile and try the whole process over again.

I hate Apple and iOS, this is crazy, even Linux is more user friendly.

yes user friendly - the whole deployment and signing process is made for developers - not for users...

Anyone know about the 90 day / 7 day thing? Has anyone got in touch with Apple?

Not sure if this post belongs in this thread, but I'll ask my question anyway.
How would I get a new advanced settings.xml into my iPhone and Kodi when I have installed using your excellent tutorial DanTheMan827.

I found a way to get around the 7 day thing. It requires a paid service. They distribute developer certificates so it works for an entire year when you install Kodi. Works flawlessly. I am quite happy. If anyone needs help let me know. I know I am not suppose to solicit. But I just want to share my experience with other people.

Not sure how this is not "sane". It worked for me and can work for others..

It's not sane because those guys are violating Apple's rules by selling slots on another person's dev account, and Apple will shut those down. You lose the money you spent and you still won't have a working Kodi install.
