I just pushed an update that includes ATV2 and MSJTV. I removed CTV8 and ppctv for now since the token I'm using only last for 24 hours. I have to work on the code that will generate a new token each time.

There is a problem with the source of the video itself. It seems they made some updates a week or so ago maybe they're having problems they didn't foresee. There not much I can do except wait for them to fix it. But in the mean time if people alternative url streams for the channels I'll put them for up in the khmertv addon.
